The Mantua Poppy field wildflowers are the perfect Cache Valley location for anniversary photos.

I photographed Mallory and Christians wedding almost a year ago on June 8th and it was one I won’t ever forget. You can view their beautiful wedding here that was held at The Brigham Academy Center. Mallory’s dress was the most gorgeous white laced gown and after the temple they had a combined luncheon/reception. They served a delicious meal, then their family carried out a family tradition by singing some songs to the couple, followed by the infamous shoe game.  After celebrating and chatting with guests, they were able to make their exit. It made for the perfect wedding day and it wasn’t an all day ordeal for family and guests.

The Kindt’s just celebrated their one year anniversary! Mallory contacted me three months ago to shoot their anniversary session, which is a HUGE compliment when past clients reach out to me for future sessions. Mallory was absolutely set on doing this session at the poppy fields in Mantua. I’ve heard horror stories of how crazy it gets there in the evenings and suggested a sunrise session. The second I heard that the poppy’s were blooming, I woke up at 4:30 a.m. and met this cute couple there at sunrise. It was such a MAGICAL session!! We were only one of three couples there that morning and were able to capture such amazing photos and the genuine love these two have for each other. Mallory is a dancer and was so graceful and beautiful.

As always, I LOVE catching up with past Tasha Rose couples and seeing what they’re up to now. These two were no exception, I truly love and cherish the friendships photography brings! After I sent Mallory their gallery, I received the sweetest message from her “TASHA! You never cease to amaze me! I feel like you always capture us so genuinely, and I really appreciate that! I can’t wait to show these to Christian when he gets home from work! I’m sure you will be hearing from me next year!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!” It definitely made waking up at 4:30 am TOTALLY worth it! Thanks to the Kindt’s for the amazing time and I’m already looking forward to next year!
