Meet Cassie and Hunter, I absolutely ADORE these two and their families. Cassie is the 3rd Hyatt sister to get married. I photographed both of her sister’s weddings last year. This frozen Utah winter waterfall engagement session up Big Cottonwood Canyon was full of magic and love. We found the best location with an epic frozen waterfall. Cassie and Hunter were troopers, even after Cassie soaked her foot in a freezing cold stream. Cold, but so worth it!

Cassie and Hunter met on July 20, 2020 during a virtual cooking activity with their ward.  At the end of the activity, Hunter asked for Cassie’s number and invited her over for a game night. They started hanging out almost everyday, including a friend trip to Bear Lake. They both love playing games and that’s how Hunter proposed. One night after homework, Hunter asked Cassie if she wanted to play a quick game before bed with some friends. When Cassie opened the game box she found the engagement ring sitting inside.
