We love weddings at the Provo City Center Temple! The vibrant exterior of the temple and the lovely flower gardens make for a stunning backdrop. But that wasn’t the only highlight of the Alger wedding at the Provo City Center Temple! Ever been to a reception with cows on the invite list? We loved every detail of their wedding celebration in a dairy barn!
Amy and Cole Alger got married in the Provo City Center Temple on March 27, 2021. These two are perfect for each other! To read their modern-day love story (which yes, included the Mutual App), and scroll through their snowy engagement photos, check out this blog post! You can also read all about how Amy and Tasha actually know each other from work. As photographers, we love when friends ask us to capture the most important moments in their lives.
Bad weather was in the forecast for their wedding day, but only a few raindrops actually fell. That my friends, is what we call serendipity! Want to know one of our favorite highlights of the photography side of this wedding? Cole’s two little kids came to the bridal photo session! They both have bright, red hair (just like Tasha) and were the first kids Tasha has ever had at a bridal session. But it was the perfect time to capture beautiful pictures of this new family.
Amy and Cole had their reception in Coleville, Utah inside Amy’s grandparents’ dairy barn. All of the kids just kept trying to feed the wedding guests—dairy cows! The treats of choice for the humans at the reception were cinnamon rolls—the bride and groom’s favorite! Each wedding that Tasha goes to has one unique things she’s never seen before. At the Alger wedding, this was the kid’s table! We love all of the vintage details they included in their decorations too. Congrats to the Algers!
We would LOVE to photograph your wedding! Please contact Tasha to book your session—spots fill up fast. To view more of our work, follow us on Instagram.
