I'm Tasha - your wedding photographer

Ever been to a backyard wedding reception that left you swooning for weeks afterwards? That’s how we feel about this one! Keep scrolling to see all of the pictures from the summer backyard wedding reception of our dreams!

Elizabeth and Tyler Feuz met last August, and thanks to a pretty big life challenge for Elizabeth, it didn’t take long for them to realize how much they needed each other. She told us, “Through all of it, Tyler stayed with me and took care of me! He is my everything! And we are excited to take on the world together!”. They got married in June at the Provo City Center Temple. We loved being part of their evening wedding celebrations!

The Feuzes had their beautiful backyard wedding reception at Elizabeth’s parents’ home in Riverton, Utah. Meg had never met the couple before the reception, but got there early to take family pictures. When the guests started arriving, Elizabeth’s sister took polaroid photos of them to include in the guests’ sign-in book. We love that idea!

The focus for the reception was for all of the guests to have fun! There were cornhole games going, several hammocks hanging up, and a giant playset for the little kids (that color-coordinated with the reception)! They also had a tent with tables full of delicious food and treats: pulled meat sandwiches, salads, fruit, cookies, and other desserts. But, the guest favorite was definitely the huge dance floor. It was a hit throughout the entire reception! One of Meg’s favorite moments was when Elizabeth brought her grandpa in a wheelchair (who is 90+ years old) onto the dance floor. This sweet scene may have brought on a few tears.

When it came time for the bride and groom’s exit, they were showered with rose petals! It made for the dreamiest pictures and was the perfect finale to their wedding celebrations. Congrats to the Feuzes! And thanks for letting us be a part of your special day.
