Epic fall sunrise photoshoot at squaw peak. Captured some BEA-UTAH-FUL photos for Kelly and Jon before they head back to D.C.

I shot for way too long, because this session was so much! Kelly and Jon were willing to do a sunrise photoshoot at Squaw Peak. Squaw Peak this time of year is EPIC and full of fall colors. They had the best outfits! Kelly described her second outfit as ” kind of anthro, kind of free people”. Which was spot on! I think we should start that trend, they looked amazing.

Meet Kelly and Jon the cutest visitors from Washington D.C. Kelly and Jon were headed to Yellowstone and the Grand National Tetons. They had a friend who raved about Salt Lake City. So they decided a layover in Salt Lake City would be a fun stop along their way. Kelly was searching for some awesome hiking spots in Utah when she came across me and decided to book a photoshoot, which sounds like way more fun than a hike in my opinion.

It was so fun to talk about all the must sees in Salt Lake while they were here. I referred them to Crumbl cookies, Thirst drinks, and Temple Square. They asked where the best pace to get coffee was. I told them I don’t drink coffee and they joked about how I have so much energy. Diet Coke ladies and gentleman, that is my secret. I really enjoyed getting to know these two. I’m so glad I could capture some Utah beauty for them to always have. If you’re looking for me in the next few months, I’ll be at Squaw Peak taking all of fall in.
