Payson temple wedding and gorgeous backyard wedding reception. The sweetest love story and CUTEST dog of honor.
I’m so happy to introduce Stephen and Mariah Brinkworth. I had the best time celebrating with these two! Stephen and Mariah were married in the Payson temple and held a reception later that night in Orem. They had the CUTEST dog of honor named Pepper present for their special day.
They held a reception in Mariah’s moms’ backyard. It had the cutest theme of “I love you till the stars die out” and her colors were dark purple and gold. After they exchanged “I love you’s” for the first time, they would add a cute ending to it and one of them was “I love you till the stars die out”. When Stephen proposed, he got down on one knee after surprising Mariah and said that same phrase again. One of their friends in the reception line said something that stuck with me, “marriage is like having a sleepover every night with your best friend”.
It was love at first swipe with these two. After meeting on mutual, their first date was go-karting and then taking Pepper for a walk. They didn’t want the date to end, so they ended up going for a drive after. When there were no more sights to see Stephen started to turn around and Mariah said, “I’m a pretty sight”. Obviously, Stephen agreed, their relationship just grew stronger from there. These two are extremely punny and love puns. They consider themselves nerds and love to cook and take rides on Stephens motorcycle. Congratulations to the Brinkworths, I hope you enjoy your lifelong sleepover!
