Thicker hair, wedding hair, Kiierr laser capsAre you worried about how you’re going to look on your wedding day? It’s easy to forget all about yourself while planning out those stressful details for your wedding. Whether you’re the bride or the groom, it’s essential you look best on your wedding day. One of the most noticeable features seen in pictures is your hair. These aren’t tips just for the groom, some brides complain about having thin/straggly hair. Check out these tips for a fuller/thicker head of hair.

  • Eat Your Vitamins

As silly as this may sound, eating your vitamins is vital to your hair health. Just like the human body, your hair needs vitamins and minerals in order to stay healthy and grow. To get your hair to its healthiest stage, start incorporating foods that contain the necessary vitamins A, B, C, D, and E in order to see results. Fruits and vegetables are some of the easiest foods to consume and get all of the essential vitamins and minerals. If your mom is still trying to force you to eat your vegetables, try taking a daily multivitamin. Vitamins are a good way to assure that both your body and hair are getting the necessary nutrients to thrive.

  • Avoid Heat (mainly for the brides)

As hard as it is, it’s important to cut back on heating devices to style your hair. Avoid using straighteners and curling irons on a daily basis to improve both the looks and health of your hair. The more heat you use, the more moisture that’s stripped away leaving your hair dry and brittle. Try to stay away from blow dryers! They are detrimental to your locks and will cause dryness and breakage, instead try letting your hair air dry.

  • FDA-Cleared Laser Caps

You know you’re going bald when you use more toothpaste than shampoo. This might be an embarrassing subject, but lucky for you there’s a solution. Laser hair growth caps can help regrow your hair and make it fuller and thicker. These devices are cleared by the FDA and effectively regrow hair by using low level light therapy. The technology stimulates the hair follicles on the scalp and encourages new growth by increasing the blood flow to your head. These laser caps are designed for at home use and are used every other day for a 30-minute time period. If you start this treatment early enough, you can kiss your hair loss goodbye. Not to mention, the products are coming directly from Tooele, UT.

Thicker hair, wedding hair, Kiierr laser capsDon’t let your hair add to the stress of your big day! Planning several months in advance makes these tips easier to accomplish. Now go get those luscious locks looking healthy for your big day!
