Logan temple wedding with a reception the night before (highly recommended) at Cherry Peak Ski Resort. Gorgeous modern rustic wedding vibes!

Robin and Travis Kunzler sealed the deal on October 23rd in the LDS Logan temple. I’m so happy for these two! Advice for future brides and grooms, hold your reception the night before. Travis and Robin held theirs the night before and were able to enjoy every moment of their reception. On their wedding day, they were able to just relax and focus on each other. Robin’s dad helped with the construction of their reception venue and it’s also where they spent their 4th date. It was at the Cherry Peak ski resort in Richmond, Utah. The wood there is BEAUTIFUL, and their decorations matched perfectly. They had lace burlap, lots of lights, cute wooden floral centerpieces with little white pumpkins, and an amazing view.

The night started with a drive-thru reception line for those that were unable to attend in person. The night continued inside with family, friends, cake, and dancing. Country dancing! These two-love country dancing and everyone joined in for a fun night. Fun fact, Travis and Robin’s dads already knew each other before they started dating. Robin’s mission president said that Robin came “pre-approved”. Robin was chief and editor of the yearbook at her high school and designed her own wedding guest book that was beautiful.

Robin was able to wear her beautiful ivory lace wedding dress in the temple which was neat. Now she can use her wedding dress as her temple dress and be reminded of this special day every time she wears it. Travis’s grandpa was their sealer and everything about this day was so exciting and special. The whole time I got to spend with these two, I kept catching them looking at each other with the most beautiful smiles. You could feel their love, it truly radiated! They traveled to the best state for their honeymoon, Colorado. I may be a tiny bit biased. I’m so glad Robin (a photographer herself) and Travis trusted me to capture these special moments. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Kunzler!
