I'm Tasha - your wedding photographer

You know that feeling when you get an idea in your head and just have to do it? In the midst of full-blown wedding season, I got this idea and I just had to make it happen despite how busy I was. Luckily, I have some great friends who were willing to go out on an adventure!

Auviance and Richard have been married for just over a year and are good friends of mine. I brought my boyfriend along for the ride, and the four of us jumped in the car and headed out to the Little Sahara Sand Dunes. I’ve been wanting to photograph a couple there for the longest time! Picture endless dirt roads in the middle of nowhere. These are the kind of roads that people break down on and end up stranded for days like in the movies. Nothing is around for miles. There is no cell service… we began to wonder if we were lost.

Eventually we pulled the car over and ended up just running down the road, hand in hand. A highway patrol officer even stopped us. We thought we were going to get in trouble, but he was just checking to see if we needed any help.

And then we hit finally hit the sand.

The Little Sahara Sand Dunes are well known for being extremely windy, but we were lucky enough to enjoy a perfectly still evening. As my boyfriend jumped and flipped through the sand, Auvi and Richard went along with all of my crazy ideas for poses I wanted to try out. Also, how beautiful do these two look in the amazing outfits Auviance picked out??

We had the best time in this stunning location! Auvi and Richard, I am so thankful to call you both friends!
