We drove all the way to Page, Arizona for this magical engagement session, and wow was it worth the drive! McKinnah and I met our freshman year of college as roommates and almost instantly became best friends. Most boyfriends get in the way of friendships but I like to think Teigen is actually the reason McKinnah and I became so close, so quickly. Teigen left to serve a 2 year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Florida just 3 days before McKinnah started college – so as you can imagine McKinnah was a little sad when we met. Countless shake runs, and screaming out the roof of my car to Adele, McKinnah became my very best friend. Nothing makes me more excited then capturing her happiest moments with the boy she truly loves.

McKinnah and Teigen started dating as Sophomores in High School and not even being a part for over two years was going to get in the way of them being together. Just look at them. Whenever she would tell people she was waiting for her missionary you could just sense people doubting it – and it definitely doesn’t work for everyone to wait but I knew before I had even met Teigen that for McKinnah and Teigen nothing was going to get in the way of them being together.
