We love when couples make their wedding day completely their own by including a lot of personal touches that celebrate their story! And today we’re featuring a couple that did exactly that. Keep scrolling to see all of the Scottish details included in this wedding day at the Draper Temple.
Kiersten and Drew Babcock’s love story began on the dating app, Mutual! She is from California, and he’s a Utah boy. After they got engaged and set a date for their wedding day at the Draper Temple, they were desperate to find a photographer who met two requirements. Their wedding photographer needed to have a natural and bright editing style (not overly edited though). They also needed to be someone who could work well with big groups, because as Kiersten said, “Our families are massive”. Enter, Meg, one of Tasha’s very talented associates.
Meg had never met the Babcocks prior to their wedding day. She loved getting photos of all the adorable little kids. But, the most memorable detail of the day was that all of the men were wearing kilts. Drew has Scottish heritage, so their outfits were the perfect way to honor that. Plus, the kilts made for some really fun pictures.
Since Kiersten and Drew had their reception the day before their sealing, they were able to leave on their honeymoon to Park City straight after the temple. We are so happy for these two and loved being part of their wedding day!
