I'm Tasha - your wedding photographer

One of our favorite things about photographing a wedding is taking pictures of the stunning bride in her gorgeous wedding dress! We fell completely in love with this ballgown worn for a summer wedding at the Jordan River Temple. And you will too!

Lindsay and Luke Gardner met at BYU! They are both in the engineering program and work together in the engineering lab. Lindsay asked Luke to go with her on a double date for Valentine’s Day, only to find out that he had been planning to ask her on a date. They hit it off right away and realized they had a connection. Lindsay told us, “I feel comfortable around him and am comfortable with speaking my mind without feeling judged. Also, I can talk about nerdy stuff and he totally gets what I’m talking about. All around, I am happier when I am with him”. Definitely relationship goals! Plus, they enjoy similar interests and hobbies, love the outdoors, playing sports, making things, and of course, spending time together.

Their proposal story is also one of our favorites! Lindsay and Luke walk to work together and for several days in a row, someone had written little cheesy messages on the sidewalk with chalk. Then one morning, “Marry Me” was written with a heart. Lindsay saw it and was so excited for whoever had just proposed! Luke said, “They haven’t proposed yet” and got down on one knee. Of course, Lindsay was so surprised and happy!

They had their wedding at the Jordan River Temple on August 6th, with a reception at their church building in Draper. The food at the reception was delicious and the DJ made the dance party so much fun. But, Tasha’s favorite detail from the day was  Lindsay’s ballgown wedding dress, especially since she paired it with converse shoes. We also love that she wore her grandmother’s bracelet! How cool is it that her mom wore the same bracelet on her wedding day?! For their wedding exit, the bride and groom were sent off with LED wedding sparkler wands. These were a great alternative to standard sparklers! We are so happy for the Gardners and loved being part of their wedding day!
