Can’t we all agree that fall in Utah is the most gorgeous time of year to have an outdoor ceremony? Of course, the weather doesn’t always cooperate. But even with less-than-ideal weather, many couples are still able to make the most of the gorgeous fall leaves. Check out this autumn wedding ceremony in Midway for the perfect fall wedding inspiration!
Emma and Spencer Dalgleish were Tasha’s dream wedding clients! Actually, Tasha went to nursing school with Emma’s mom, Monica, and is still very good friends with her. When they were in school together, Monica often talked about Emma. Tasha was very excited when Emma and Spencer asked her to be their wedding photographer for every wedding photoshoot.
Tasha got to take their sunrise engagement photos in Arizona! Spencer was there for the summer with the military, and Emma decided to visit him for a weekend. This coincided perfectly with an Arizona wedding that Tasha photographed in April. She loved taking Emma and Spencer’s engagement photos before they were even officially engaged!
When it came to planning their wedding, Emma knew she wanted to have an autumn wedding ceremony in a field in Midway. On October 9th, the weather was terrible…pouring rain and so cold. Guests even had to drive through snow to get to the wedding location. But thanks to a wedding day miracle, the rain stopped just in time for photos and the actual ceremony. And it was perfect!
The Dalgleishes’ wedding reception was held that night at Crescent Hall in Sandy, Utah. Since Tasha was busy photographing another wedding, Alison, one of her associates took pictures at the reception and loved every minute of it. And a couple of days later, Tasha was there to take pictures when Emma and Spencer got sealed in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. We are so happy for these two and loved be part of their wedding celebrations!
