The pictures from this engagement photo session at the Utah State Capitol are so dreamy! The cherry blossoms that bloom here every year (for just a week) are so gorgeous! Of course they make the most stunning backdrop for any bridals, engagements, or even family photos at the Utah State Capitol. Wanting to have your own photo session here? Here’s all you need to know about them!
Lindsey and Jordan Ricks met on the dating app, Mutual, in September 2020. Yes, we’re just as thrilled as you are to hear about another couple that had success with a dating app! Their first date was a hike up to Bridesmaid Falls, and right away they noticed that they had a lot in common. Lindsey and Jordan continued dating, going on drives through the mountains, rock climbing, and playing board games. They loved that they could always be their dorky selves with each other! In February 2021, Jordan proposed to her with a scavenger hunt that led Lindsey to the Provo City Center Temple. They will be getting married at this beautiful temple in June and we are so so excited for this cute couple!
When they met up with Meg, one of Tasha’s amazing associate photographers, at the Utah State Capitol, the grounds were so crowded. Cause everyone loves the cherry blossoms! But even with all of the people there, Meg was able to get the perfect shots thanks to some creative poses and a good eye for lesser-known photo spots. And of course it helped that Lindsey and Jordan were so fun to take pictures of. Just the perfect couple to photography in a spring engagement photo session at the Utah State Capitol!
