This is easily one of the most beautiful backyard weddings I’ve ever seen! Perfect weather, loving friends and family, and a blissfully happy couple? For me, it doesn’t get any better than that!
Hailey & Grant were high school sweethearts. They both served missions, she in Washington and he in Canada. After their missions, they started dating while attending Brigham Young University. Their wedding day at the Provo City Center Temple was just beautiful! It was hot and busy outside the temple, but both the bride and groom’s families were so sweet and cooperative during picture time! Hailey is the oldest in her family and Grant is the youngest so he has a lot of adorable nieces and nephews that couldn’t get enough of the lovely bride!
The reception that evening took place in Hailey’s backyard in Farmington. It was so pretty and laid out perfectly to host a wedding reception! We have had such a ridiculously rainy spring here in Utah, but Hailey & Grant were very lucky and enjoyed beautiful weather all day! I loved the shades of light blue and pink that the couple chose for the decor. The bride even made her own wedding cake! It was honestly stunning! I’m so impressed.
One special decoration the couple chose that I really loved was their “family tree.” They had framed photos of generations of couples on their wedding day hanging from the branches. Hailey & Grant’s photo hung right alongside them. It’s amazing to see such a legacy of love that this sweet couple has become a part of.
Congratulations, Hailey & Grant! It was such an honor to be there to capture your special day. I hope you two are settling into married life and loving it!
