The most magical Utah backyard wedding in Mendon, Utah. Perfect overcast day with amazing lighting made for one amazing wedding!

Remember the adorable couple Lauren and Tyler? They officially became the Woodburn’s on June 20th. Lauren and Tyler had the most magical backyard ceremony and reception. Seriously, straight out of the movies! They were sealed in the Ogden temple and held a small intimate backyard ceremony and dinner later that evening in Mendon, Utah. The venue was in Lauren’s aunts backyard, which was amazing! It backs right into a mountain side and was the perfect overcast day. Which made the lighting amazing! This wedding had ALL of the little details and I loved it!

During the ceremony, the officiant had both sets of parents and grandparents stand up. He talked about how each of them had stood where Lauren and Tyler stood on their wedding day, except now they’re watching their kids and grand-kids. One day this will be Lauren and Tyler watching their kids and grandkids. I loved that! They had the BEST thoughtful decorations! I love when my couples display their bridal and engagement photos all over! My favorite creative decoration was a wire fence from the garden that was used to hand lots of pictures full of their memories and love story.  I think most of the male guests loved all of the outdoor games for guests to enjoy.

Their colors sage with gold accents meshed so well together. Lauren and Tyler decided on a creative wedding exit, on a bike. In order to avoid their car being decorated by family and friends, they rode off to a super secret location where their car was hidden. This day couldn’t have been more perfect, seriously! I love my job and creating memories like these ones. Thanks to the Woodburn’s for the amazing day!
